For withdrawal requests conducted between 14th till 28th February 2018, WCE users who met the problem in transferring WCG, please inform our Customer Service by sending an email to [email protected] with the following details: Example:

Your request will be promptly processed and managed.
WCG Transaction will be closed temporarily from 4pm to 6pm on 7th November 2017 for WCG blockchain update and blockchain node maintenance. This process will complete after 7pm on 7th November 2017, WCG Transaction resume. Please take note.
Notice: WCE platform will be undergoing a system upgrade on September 15 (Beijing time 2.00am), during the process, system will be temporarily closed down, project upgrade as follows:
